Went for a family hiking trip over the summer. Beautiful place! Cabins are rustic but have everything you need. Had lots of fun boating around the lake.
This place is beautiful, peaceful and owned by incredibly kind people. A truly special place.
I've been up to Moat Lake four times now. Bringing a variety of different people just to see their reaction to such a stunning environment. The cabins are rudimentary but such a treat considering where you are. Its all about the magnificent scenery, pristine lake and access to nature.
Having access to a boat here is a real treat. I doubt many places like this exist on earth.
The Woods' are great hosts who ensure you're taken care of .
July of this year my auntie, cousin, mom, brother and I (while 7 months pregnant!) hiked in for a two night stay. Beautiful scenery, relaxation and comforts from home with all the cabin had to offer! We had a wonderful time as a family and can’t wait to get back. Clinton was very helpful with everything!
